This is the worst sleep paralysis demon I have. It just scratches me OVER AND OVER AND OVER until my body wakes up. And it disappears
No, they are just byproducts of my mind. I can feel the pain, but it all ends very abruptly when I wake up. Nothing actually happens to my physical body.
