Because it's the sound and setting. What I mean by setting is the place or surroundings. Siren head has a triggering sound and if it's played too long it can drown out your focus/hearing and make you uneasy. Thus giving you a reason to be scared and making you want to run. Also siren head is nightmare fuel and spotted in abandoned places far from society or any town. So never go to empty places. 😖
