Maybe you could make a dumb movie where the last idiot gets a pig for a side kick called "Grunt-Grunt" who eats anything and everything he can. He has to wear a muzzle to prevent any suddden urges to eat something he shouldn't while out and about with the Last Idiot. They try their best to help help people in distress they just end up making things worse. For instance, they try to help a guy change a tire and Grunt-Grunt ruins it by getting the spare tire stuck around his nose. Silly things like that.
