My mom told me to add more water in the plastic thingy so she could change my lil sister's diaper but I opened it outside their room and now there's a lot of water on the floor, and I should have opened it in the bathroom

My mom told me to get a towel for my lil sister but I got one so I could clean the mess instead of giving it to my sister

I'm like so blind, when my parents are telling me to get something, I can't find it though it's literally near me.
