It’s easy! Just press the pencil icon to make a new animation, the pencil icon draws if you click on it you can change the brush size, the bucket can fill an area, the eraser erases lines and the colour wheel allows you to change colours, the + icon makes a new frame and the triangle makes your animation play, then press the cloud button to upload I hope this helps!
