First of all how did you get in the hospital and I hope you feel better. Second maybe try distracting yourself or don't pay attention to your skin. If you feel like there is something in it there is nothing wrong with checking so go see a doctor or a dermatologist. Third maybe have a weapon on you if it was actually a person,it could be a shadow or you could be seeing things. The best thing to do is meditate or relax,also make sure to drink some water. Oh and don't forget to sleep. :)
