Acab doesn't mean all cops are bad, it means all cops are bastards. No not the insult bastard comes from the word bastardize which means corrupt. We are talking about the corrupt system the cops are working for. So when you say acab or hear acab it means not every cop is a bad person, it means each cop works for a corrupt system.
