Well,tbh when it comes to poses I usually use drawing refs
Expressions become pretty easy once you seen multiple examples of them
I myself is still struggling with arms but shoulders are really just curvy lines so there simple
And hair you really just do whatever you want with it,hair can basically be anything so it’s alright to experiment with it
