I hate it when people worry about me and because have really bad anxiety and depression I think that any time I am sad and crying and someone asked if I am just say yes because I feel like if I tell them that am not ok that they will ask what’s the matter and try to help me that am just being dramatic and a big baby and crying for attention and I can help myself and that don’t need help and I am just wasting their time
