Smiling was always a stupid “rule”..
I mean dame.... I want you to be as happy as you can, but in a true,real way ya know?
But being sad and angry and every other emotion is something everyone has to go through, and I know it’s terriable when you have been told to smile, but your problems are big enough for me🥺🥺
And I want you to be sad if you have to. Don’t push yourself and be safe❤️❤️❤️
