I haven’t slept in a week-

Take a bath before going to bed, calm down and relieve stress/anxiety from the day, try looking forward to events that your excited for, and think of sleep like a timeskip in a movie lol, you dont have a sense of time when sleeping, and you often don’t remember how long it felt. Find a comfortable spot with good posture and practice meditation
Then, lay down and clear your mind if you havent yet.
Close your eyes and count down from 100, usual helped me go to bed, moat of the time i fell asleep before i got to 11, but if you dont think you can, count down from 200.
