Don't listen to the people who talk bad about your art. Criticism is an exception, because it can actually help you improve at some points. When you see an artist that makes really good artwork, (like this) don't feel bad that you're not as good as them. Instead, inspire to be better then them, or know with practice you will eventually love your art. And I'm not going to say any other tips. This comment is getting to be too long.
