I feel terrible

No, this isn’t a depression thing, I’m really in a lot of pain, it hurts to walk, I’ve been vomiting, my stomach hurts like heck, I’m having menstrual cramps, I really just feel terrible, all I can really do is cry, if I eat anything I vomit, I just don’t know what to do
