It has been 7 years since the incident, and they still hadn't made up.

Hypon, being Sile's only form of happiness at this point and the only person who would truly understand him, did not feel the same way about his brother at all. This causes Sile to become extremely insecure and suffer a ton of mental health issues.

Sile has a very low self esteem, but also tends to be very self centered and full of himself, since he's one of the popular kids in his school and is constantly praised among his peers. (just imagine that he has a lowkey similar personality to oikawa or smt lol)

As a child, he took regular normal pills and medicine recommended by the doctors. But then once he and Hypon were ready to leave the Hospital, he began to take drugs and alcohol, using these things as methods to cope with his issues and to escape reality.
