My back hurts like hell
When im in pain, i put warmth or pressure (sometimes both) in the place thats in pain
on 1-2 month mental break
Oh I threw my heat pack on the other side of the room it is not helpen!!! But thanks anyway that’s very thoughtful of you… NOW DIE HEAT PACK
