Burpees are a good exercise but to build your core (abs) I would recommend doing crunches and sit-ups if you want more arm muscle I’d suggest doing chin ups or lifting

I'm already doing lateral raises with 4kg dumbells and doing 45 wit ups every 3 days and then taking 1 day of resting
