Because its a double negative because if you dont want to die but do doesn't that not wanting to die cancel wanting to die? So actually you do and dont want to die at the same time.

It doesn’t cancel it, its more like i wanna die but i dont want to leave the people who i care about, its not that i think ill make them sad or any shit like that i dont wanna leave them because they are what make me feel like life’s worth living, THEY are the reason i dont want to die that and food
