Marco: |:| he gripped Takamine’s hand a little harder |:| “uhm..I was gone due to important matters regarding people and my job. I’m back because everything’s been solved.” |:| he seemed a little nervous, but quickly hid it the more he talked |:| “Kind of abrupt to ask that, don’t you think?” |:| his tone changed, he got a little more defensive. |:|

Teko: “I’m sure they didn’t mean any harm, Marco..”

Teko: “mmm..I don’t think so!”

Marco: |:| he looked over at Anzu |:| “I don’t have anything going on, why do you ask?”

Marco: |:| he laughs (omg- he actually laughed-) |:| “pfft- yeah, yeah. Whatever you say.”

Marco: |:| he chuckled |:| “ah, Takamine, you are so fun to mess around with.” |:| he runs his thumb on the back of Takamine’s hand, for longer this time.”

Marco: |:| he gently squeezed Takamine’s hand |:| “Awww, don’t pout now.” |:| he smiled |:|

Marco |:| he chuckled |:| “That’s Takamine for ya. Always wanting to be independent.”

Marco & Teko: |:| the both of them chuckle |:|

Marco: “I can certainly agree with that. Takamine was a pain in the ass at first, but he’s gotten better.”

Teko: “you say that like you weren’t the same.” |:| he smiled and shook his head |:|

Teko: |:| he giggled |:| “That must be nice! Wish I could say the same at times.”

Marco: “ah, alright.” |:| he cleared his throat. |:|

Teko: “ah, that’s really cool! I’m sure you two get along very well.”

Marco: “good, good. Glad to hear that.”

Teko: |:| he looked over at Marco, knowing exactly what he’s about to ask. |:| “...”

Marco: |:| he sat up a little bit taller. |:| “pardon me asking..but how long have you two known each other?”

Teko: |:| he gasped, his eyes filling with excitement. |:| “woahhh!! Both of those are really cool! Both of you must be pretty smart!” |:| he giggled |:|

Marco: |:| he nodded, agreeing with Teko. |:| “well how ‘bout that. Two smartasses. How’s college treating you both?”

Marco: “it’s uh..nice to meet you. I’m..Marco.” |:| he seemed a little hesitant, but continued. |:| “The kid on the floor is Teko.”

Teko: “I’m not a kid.” |:| he frowned |:| “Anyway- I’m Teko! It’s nice to meet you Anzu! What do the both of you major in?” |:| he smiled |:|

Marco: |:| he sat down near Takamine, doing his best to sit up straight and tall. |:|

Teko: |:| he sat very gayly on the floor. |:| “:>”

Marco: |:| he continues to hold Takamine’s hand as they walk. |:| “ah, thank you.”

Teko: |:| still embarrassed, his mouth remains covered and he walks in the back of the group. |:|

Teko: “wait I said that out loud?! Ohmygodimsosorry-“ |:| he covered his mouth with his hands |:|

Marco: |:| his cheeks became a soft pink |:| “so..You’re Anzu, eh? It’s a pleasure meeting you.” |:| he glanced at Anzu and Takamine back and forth, back and forth. |:|

Marco: |:| he looked at Anzu, and realized that he (Anzu) was taller. |:| “uhm-“ |:| he squeezed Takamine’s hand a little, not sure if it was out of fear or the urge to feel protective/more dominant. |:|

Teko: |:| his eyes widened |:| “holy shit you’re tall-“

Marco: || he thought: ‘holy shit he’s taking me to his apartment-‘ as he followed behind. |:|

Teko: “ah- okay! I’m right behind you both!” |:| he followed the two |:|
