When i dealt with this nobody helped me and i felt like i was drowning and couldnt keep my hesd above the water... then i relized that even without your path through the darkness .... u can make one... so try your best to not end up drowning in the deadly dark cruel waves of scosiety and just ... try to keep telling yourself u are an amazing person and think of everything u have to live for ... before its too late. I give u my advice.empathy.and words of not only trying to help u .. but to help u make your path to shine that light through the darness... my friends talk about how much they want to die... and i always try to help... and if u cant think of anything to live for then do wut i do... only stay alive so u can help the ones who r struggling with wut u had to deal with in those waters and stride help them make their path of light .... and if that doesnt work... then... "MAY YOUR HEART BE YOUR GUIDING KEY"
