*Pikepool tried to reassure Mothpaw by resting his tail on his shoulder. Then, he put a paw in front of Mothpaw's vision to catch his attention, and he looked back up. Pikepool breathed in and out slowly and loudly to try to tell him to calm down. Then, he smiled at Mothpaw to tell him it's okay.*

Sorry, but I need to go to sleep now. I can host a whiteboard tomorrow after I get home from school though. Good night

*Pikepool jumped as Mothpaw bumped into him. He looked over to him nervously, as if concerned about him. He wished he could ask if he was okay, but, unfortunately, he can't speak.*

Sure, I'll do a whiteboard for a bit. I have to go to sleep soon though or I'll regret it at school the next morning.

"Oh thank you, Mothpaw! That's very kind of you. " *Oddpaw sat up and stretched his paws out to slide the mouse between him and Hollypaw. Hollypaw nodded to Mothpaw thankfully. Paw steps could be heard approaching from outside, and Oddpaw could spot Frostpaw walking towards her nest, but she looked over surprisedly as she saw all three of them already inside. She quickly continued to her nest and curled up with a stretch.*

*Oddpaw looked back at Hollypaw, and she guiltily met his gaze.* "I..I'm sorry.. I just don't want to talk to anyone else right now..." *Oddpaw understandably nodded and reassured Hollypaw by resting his tail on her shoulder. Then he asked seriously,* "do you want me to explain it to Mothpaw or no?" *Hollypaw thought for a moment. Now probably wasn't the best time. She shook her head, and Oddpaw nodded in response.* "Can you just stay here a while longer.. please?" *Hollypaw asked, while Oddpaw replied with another nod. Then, Hollypaw laid down, and Oddpaw did the same.*

*Hollypaw looked up and responded quietly,* "Oh um.. I don't know." *Oddpaw looked over to Hollypaw, and she looked back down to the ground. He turned back to Mothpaw and and said,* "Sorry about that, she just... had a long day." *Oddpaw couldn't bring himself to explain to Mothpaw what was wrong right now. He would have to tell him later, when Hollypaw isn't there.*

"Well, once I'm a real warrior, I will be able to cross it without being scared!" *Oddpaw replied.* "No warrior fears any monster!" * he could imagine himself swiftly and bravely crossing a huge thunderpath, with monsters never able to catch him. Hollypaw was still sat, staring at the ground, though listening to the conversation. *

* Hollypaw stopped what she was saying and looked over to Mothpaw. Oddpaw also looked over and said, "Oh, hi Mothpaw! How are you?" *Hollypaw looked at the ground. She didn't feel like talking to anyone else.*

*Echocloud sighed* "I don't know. I think I did alright. But then he got scared of the thunderpath, and I didn't know what to do, so I just changed the subject." *Salemshine laid his tail on Echocloud's shoulder.* "hey, it's okay. This is your first time mentoring. You're doing great so far. But even if you think you're not, you'll get the hang of it soon enough." *Echocloud looked up at him gratefully.* "thank you, Salemshine."

*Echocloud hesitated near the camp entrance as she searched for Salemshine. She couldn't seem to see him, and thought he probably already went back to his twoleg nest.* "Echocloud! You're back!" *Echocloud jumped and turned to see Salemshine behind her.* "Salemshine! You nearly scared me to death!" *she said as she was calming herself down. Salemshine shifted his paws guiltily as he responded,* "Sorry, I'm just happy you're back. How was your first day mentoring?"
