Sorry if you don't want cold hard advice but that's my default::
-Maybe try saving up for some noise blocking ear things, if you don't have money I can try setting up a paypal or sumn to send you some
-A grounding box can help alot:: nice smelling things, nice memories, stuffies, sensory stuff, etc. (I can go into more detail if you'd like)
-Having a safe place that's quiet and quickly accessible? Even if it's just the outdoors or with some stuffies
-Have some nice things written down to read when you're feeling terrible (poems, compliments from friends, etc.)
-If you're a very touch-drivib person, small things to hold can be great (detailed erasers, Shopkins, doll stuff, etc.)
-Essential oils, candles, and diffusers are amazing highly recommend

That sounds absolutely terrifying, im so sorry you have to deal with that.

I promise that you won't turn into your dad. It won't matter that you grew up around him you'll grow into your own person. And if it helps you, definitely use trauma core since getting you to a more safe headspace is the most important thing. Traumacore personally helps me alot so I reccomend it highly, but it's your choice all in all ♡
