heyyy (someone who struggled with similar things),, your feelings are totally valid. when ppl say “be positive” it kinda only makes things worse tbh. for me, the most important thing to do is like finding what you really love even if it’s something weird- ik this sounds like something everyone says but it’s true. also,, don’t be sorry for feeling the way you do, you can’t control it (sorry if this doesn’t make sense 😟)
