You can't post on the app so you have to get on your computer or laptop and publish it there it won't work on mobile UHHHHH so basically the search webtoon and log in or make a new account and then there will be a button on the top right that says publish and the cool thing about ibis paint is you can type in the size of your canvas cuz webtoon will tell you how big your canvas has to be
