I can't use Ms paint ☹️ but Google basically has a copy called js paint so I use that instead :p

Well fainting is rare but the pain is different for everyone
For me the first and second days are the worst for the pain even with medicine it hurts but then the rest of the time is fine but it's not a pain you get used to
