I feels like every single happy or fun memory of them will just dissapear and be forgotten

like they don't matter anymore

most people wouldn't want to speak up to their parents
but maybe try to talk with them
that might work

when it happened to me I didn't prevent it because I felt so bad because sometimes they were arguing about me and I thought it was my fault

they might realise that they should stop fighting if you speak up to them

so how do you feel about it? I can try to make you feel a little better.

It's nice to have a point of view from someone who had it happen to them
