I quite suggest calling for help by someone or asking for help in a way where you can receive your help and support. Whether it cannot be on call I still suggest you trying to contact at least by searching up where you are able to and all even it it cannot make calls, whether by that though. You are along afraid to do so please don’t feel pressured to do it until you feel comfortable and feel like it is the right thing. I know it might be difficult and scary along the first part but when you are able to have the courage to do along that and able to do it do not feel afraid when you have the courage.

Does the loud sound and scratching keep you awake at night?? Have you ever told your parents about the noise and all? Specifically how it bothers you and how you aren’t able not sleep among as well and also about it? If you haven’t, you really as well and also should tell them about it and how you aren’t not able to sleep because it keeps you paranoid and awake which is unhealthy for your body. In major, if you don’t get sleep and keep along doing this, your brain would lose it is hippocampus (unless if you don’t know what hippocampus is, hippocampus is the elongated ridges on the floor of each lateral ventricle of the brain, majority the thought of the emotion, memory and the autonomic nervous system.) a bit, and if you keep this up it might even get worse and such.
