When i hear him fighting with alexs mom, it makes me wanna run away and go cry in some abandoned place

Hes sweet when hes happy. Hes insane when mad
In my mind, i replay moments when i’ve heard him yelling, it so scary ... its horrible its terrifying
That alone makes me burst out in tears, like i am rn

I think i might start using trauma core to cope with everything.

Im scared to turn into him.

he scares me. Alex says i remind them of my dad. therefore, im scared of myself.

My dad’s just a really sensitive topic.

Mhm.. im so unmotivated to do anything.. its like being locked in a cage

He just expects a lot from me its overwhelming
