You know, my parents said that could help my constant back pains.

Music? Music makes me forget about my problems.

My change of appetite ranges from where im really hungry, to when i starve myself till my stomach feels like its in my throat.

I’ve also been experiencing extreme paranoia, as you could see.

Social isolation, due to my social anxiety, and i cant get to sleep at night bc all these crazy thoughts run through my head. My insecurities, my personal problems, my performance at school.. just a bunch of anxiety and pressure.

Probably how depressed i’ve been feeling, the worsening grades are mostly because my lack of motivation to do things. Im thinking of cutting because i’ve been feeling out of control. It might make me feel better, i dont know.?

Persistent anxiety and nerves, social isolation, and difficulty sleeping are more persistent in my life to where its a problem.

Kinda every day, some days are bad, some better.
