I think right now you need a break from the internet^^ you noticing you following going down, ect. Isn't good for your well being. Try making a comfort character :) it doesn't have to be extra ordinary, just listen to music and draw outside. Its a really nice feeling, or listen to music while taking a bubble bath, take some time for yourself. Its great for you. Just know you are amazing, you're talented and you're worth it.

Yeah, the best we can do is advice them to go talk to their parents and if it really is serious, they'll take them to a therapist. I don't really believe we should give them what they want (attention) bc it's just gonna make them want to post it more, personally i don't think it's fair to show your rollercoaster of emotions on this app, if you need to make vent art making it and save it. Validation on the internet will break you
