No nothing's wrong with you at all! Do you have self love for yourself? If not maybe that's why you're feeling that way, if you don't love yourself and don't know your best qualities, you probably think they won't like what's good about you or probably don't understand why they like that certain thing about you. You could possibly be scared that they'll fall out of love with you and break up and that's why you can't get in a relationship. Maybe lying to people about why you can't date was a little bad idea, and if you told them about how you might be lithromantic they would have understand a bit and accept it. If I made you uncomfortable about this then I can delete it (I did make assumptions ), I only found out what it means today.
