It's actually very common for people to draw anime eyes that are similar to the green eyes you made. So it's kinda going to be hard not to "copy" them IMO.

Nice. But luffy has circular eyes and shorter, messier hair. If you can master those two things, you'll make a fantastic luffy!

I may be new here but instead of making a new animation each time you wish to comment, you should actually make a comment on their animation. Not being a jerk or anything but I'm not really seeing anyone else doing what you are.

You can easily try pivot, or flash, or even a frame by frame animation using MS Paint.
