Me making gaster for the first time: I feel excited to do a challenge which requires making gaster

I have the same problem me and my family lives in a apartment but when we got new people under us they were annoying at first then they ended up playing loud music that my mom could literally hear it half sleeping but now they aren’t annoying now.
