A man stepped out of the car. It just seemed to be a resident. Nothing unusual for that place. Other than he was heavily clothed for living in a desert. He waved at peter.

(Ye they will-) The only sound in the desert was the sand blowing and a sound which sounded like it belonged to a dune bug. Which it in fact did, as a dune bug pulled up over one of the dunes.

Someone who enjoys pain-

Most of the other guys picked to get him were found dead at the police station doorstep though. So far peter was the only one who wasn’t. The wind had picked up blowing sand off the dunes. Which were pretty high for a desert.

He had seen many criminals on his way. And lost quite a bit of money from pickpockets too. Bindimashi unlike most other criminals was very good at hiding. And if he didn’t want to be found. He never was found. Most of the desert had already been searched

The only single tough guys I have are Bindimashi and Rohan. But Rohan is crazy and insane and Bindimashi is a intergalactic wanted criminal- I can always make one though-
