okay yeah that's bad. you need a daily amount of minerals, vitamins, etc. for your body to run and for your mindset to stay strong. if anything, eat a cliff bar for lunch and dinner. those aren't big but it has half of what you need for the day.

depends. I usually don't eat breakfast. I eat a small lunch and eat a normal dinner. It gets me through the day.
