theres no where that implies vyn is Chinese however i base most of my information off of the Chinese server, and her mother is from stellis; not Kingdom of Svart....

I assume Stellis is of Chinese origin, they celebrate LNY/CNY
In most games/media, unless stated otherwise, I use information from the real geography as canon, so it makes sense for Vyn to be at least half chinese (because TOT is a chinese otome)
