Luka used one command seal out of desperation (stupidly, in a similar fashion to Rin)
He commanded Keisuke to only tell him the truth, which then resulted in an education on how to not waste a command seal.
Did draw a short doodle of Luka carressing Keisuke saying he'd "command Keisuke to unleash his noble phantasm" again but i don't think it would make sense for one command seal to be used on a NP

i'm honestly more of a fate stay night guy but i play fgo, shrugs

+ those diamong attributes I add a lot in my art, because they're also used in Tears of Themis.....

ok fgo derail but i made a self insert like i always do and i kinda already decided to base my self insert off of gudao (learning with manga ver..) and that my character did force one command seal on keisuke to release his noble phantasm . What can I say, I'm a sucker for pretty noble phantasms
