ok i think i'll make playdate the identifying name since it is connected lorewise to pd but to differentiate the two, playdate with vivi is playdate: lovekit and playdate MAN universe is playdate/playdate at 19

Playdate vivi is the exact same as this vivi but the only difference is playdate mint Doesn't use her damn computer so pd vivi doesn't get screentime

this version of mint serves as a character placeholder (?) and will be used in CGs but only hands showing lol

the only "important" feature abour mint is having red irises otherwise everyone is mc mint, as long as your mintsona has red irises

MC mint = Playdate mint with the minor exception of character design + identity (and MC mint is generally based off of player's identity, so the background is non important) however playdate mint & mc mint can be used interchangeably regarding vivi

mc mint is more self insert, and anything about MC mint can be changed

Universe name is still a wip so i'm just gonna refer to this mint as MC mint...

it's a dating sim for a reason

for other games i intend to make them in RPGmaker, but this one is supposed to be more in line with other visual novels which utilize renpy instead

Realistically if I were to release a game, this one would be the easiest to work on. i'll probably mess around with renpy again

MC for this game is intended to be "up to player's choice" but in canon playdate timeline, the MC is mint

this one is intended to be a shorter story compared to the others

i think mari would be generally a little apprehensive regarding his feelings towards ren & doing toxic stuff but mari eventually comes around because that's how he expresses his love 💝
