and the fact that I myself have NPD and by definition is a "textbook narcissist and psychopath," you seem to be totally surprised at that revelation. Does it not cross your mind that psychopathic people live everyday lives..? Normally...? I have tons of friends who love my psychopathic self and do not care that I do not have empathy towards them, i am a functional member of society and despite my illness I am seen as a respectable individual in my community. I do everything out of personal gain, I have a notable lack of empathy, does that make me a bad person? Not that I have claimed to be a good person either, but despite all this "information, and "knowledge" you speak of, one can not help but to judge books by covers.
