she makes innapropriate content and deletes shared accounts even if they have more than 200 followers.

If I say this she's gonna follow me and say she doesn't but check her banned accounts and there will be innapropriate content on it. The reason I am making this comment is to request adding permanent bans so these people won't be able to make an account or log onto any accounts.
