usually people who insult beginner art are the same people that get REALLY mad when you say something about their own art, ive noticed that when defending beginners in comment sections so i think that might just be the case
im really glad to see people actually still are kind and actually helpful when it comes to critiquing art, its relieving to know you try to provide useful tips and not just try to upset people :'D

(also im sossososo sorry!! i just automatically assume to put them because i used to get attacked by people on other places for forgetting to put some, so its kind of a reflex now, ill try to remember to not add any when commenting on ur posts 🥹)

i see people in like yt shorts comment sections saying shit to beginners like 'this is bad' or something and like IF UR GONNA SAY THAT ATLEAST PROVIDE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM🧍‍♂️
seeing comments like that actually pisses me off because like half the time the commenters are not even that good at art either (it had to be said) and of COURSE they arent actually helping the beginner because they dont know wtf their doing either💔/hj

ive always had this sorta mindset where an actual GOOD artist (kinda subjective but i hope thisll kinda show what i mean) doesnt just bring artists down, but helps them on their journeys too because at the end of the day we all started with maybe similar artists, especially when most of us were younger children, and did people hate us for that? no not that i know of..
