What do you think of having small, easy foods throughout the day but not a lot at once? Like nuts, liquid calories (milk is super safe for me but there’s also smoothies and im pretty sure meal supplement drinks), toast, oatmeal, butter, oil, fruits, chocolate, stuff like that?

Will you at least eat something small if you ever start feeling sick, weak, or anything else concerning? I believe in you to power through the discomfort, you’re a strong guy

I know eating is unpleasant but unfortunately we have to do things we don’t want to all the time, please at least snack to keep yourself alive cause I think a lot of people would be sad if you died. There are some high calorie things like nuts that aren’t filling at all imo but they’ll keep you going.

Have you tried talking about this to a doctor or other trusted adult? Please take care of yourself zimick I know there’s not much I can do to help like you said, but we’re here for you
