I usually go to sleep 22:00, fall aslwwp 23:00,and than I wake up like 2 billion times, then I go down stairs 07:00 or 8:30
But on school days I wake up 6:15 😭

Maybe you can try stimming instead? Like rocking, hand flipping, swaying, it may look a bit silly but It really helps!
If you don’t want really big movements though, you can maybe tap you fingers or feet up and down and stuff like that
I don’t know if it would help you, but you should give it a try! Since I get very overstimulated (I have albinism and sensory processing difficulties so I get overstimulated VERY easily) almost all the time, I stim, and then I feel a bit calmer! So I hope it works for you, good luck :D
