I don't really know much about you, your situation, your school, or really anything much, other than it seems like hell. But I do want to try to help you out in what limited ways I can. I guess first do when you said you wanted to kill people to your friend was that true or just you being edgy? I don't know your relationship with your friends that much, but you should assure them that you would never hurt them, and try to stop them from fearing you. If I have any advice to give, it's to keep your friends, friends right now, because uh if you completely lose them things will be much worse. It's likely futile to correct the rumors and I doubt you will be treated well, so having a group of people who know the real you will protect you mentally. Atleast I belive so. I don't know much about this so let's talk so I can try to support you more.

The muscles are drawn very well. The arm is too short, and the legs might be too wide or it might be something else? Idk I'm also bad with legs.
You can have perfect anatomy but it will still looks really off if the proportions are incorrect.
Once you know exactly how to draw the body how you want, you can draw it MUCH much quicker.

Try watching some videos on how to improve line art from sketches, it helped me with it.

The main problems with this I see is its still very sketchy but is in full color and shaded. Also the lighting is too sketchy and inconsistent in size and consistency

Btw I think you should experiment with shifting the hue of the shadows a different color from the base color.
Like for skin as an example, try making the shadows a bit more red and it will make it look a bit less plastic.
