Yes, I do play with fidget toys at home but only when I have free time but talking to people (even people I know) also causes anxiety😅
At school (I have constant anxiety at school) I don’t really know what to do, I tend to just look off into space and imagine to keep my mind off of it. Luckily I’ve been able to pass classes w As but idk how long I’ll be able to go until I get a bad grade in class
