I think there are some cases where ppl have an anxiety disorder called GAD or Generalized Anxiety Disorder and tend to have it constantly, if not very frequently. People tend to have different levels of anxiety as well. I almost always find myself being anxious for no reason. Anxiety could have an affect on how ppl breathe but sometimes it could just be a habit and I myself don’t breathe with my mouth despite having anxiety but that’s just me personally.
This doesn’t mean you don’t have constant anxiety tho

Yeah anxiety could be a sign but then again, it doesn’t mean you for sure have it.
I’m not a professional so I can’t rlly diagnose anyone or myself for that matter

Some ppl have things that happen to them that somewhat relate to ADHD but don’t have it
I myself don’t know if I for sure have ADHD but most people I know think I do, especially since my dad and (maybe) my brother has it.
