Both my inspiration and mental health fluxuates drastically so ima give you whiplash with my posting schedule. One week I might give you three finished pieces and then I’m posting once a month. Just bare with me <3

People keep stealing my heart, and shattering it into little shards
Although I can’t blame them, I’m the reason my heart is in pieces
I give people bits of my heart without thought
When they make me laugh
When the make me cry
When they make me long for them
Each time, a tiny shard of my heart stays with them
Like a memory.. a story
So now my heart is tattered…unrecognizable
If you’ve given me a piece of your heart I couldn’t ever repay you
Ill cherish it forever
You tried to mend my broken heart with your own and that’s truly selfless
When my heart beats it’s final pulse I doubt a single piece will be my own
I’ll be proud of it
I’ll be glad to have it
I’ll be glad to have had you
For a moment or for a lifetime
You left an impression on this pathetic heart of mine
Remember that.
If you’re heart is shattered, at least know I cherish the piece you gave me.
I’m NOT here to tell you how you should handle your relationship. Just here to say: your feelings are valid and they should be treated as such. You are not silly or attention seeking by telling someone no to something, ESPECIALLY if it involves trauma of such sensitive present. I’m not saying that you should breakup (that’s your choice and it’s my belief that someone as irrelevant to you as me has no right to be boycotting ur dude) but I AM saying that the way he’s treating you should not be looked over or submitted to. I hope he can either learn to support and understand you or you let you find someone else who will. Sending love, support, and a listening ear.
