Hello!Steps to Make a Free Cartoon Video
1. Select a Free Animation Tool
Recommended: Animaker (animaker.com, free tier offers 720p resolution, basic characters, and assets).
Alternatives: Powtoon (powtoon.com, free tier with simple animations) or Plotagon (plotagon.com, free basic version for cartoon characters).
Access these on your web browser or download the free app on your phone.
2. Plan the Video
Duration: ~1 minute (7 scenes, 8-10 seconds each).
Characters: Cartoon versions of Sushil Kumar (middle-aged man), a fraudster (masked figure), and a police officer.
Settings: Simple backgrounds (home, phone screen, police station).
Context: Set timestamps at 11:54 PM and 11:56 PM to reflect the current time.
3. Create the Video in Animaker (Example Workflow)
Sign Up: Create a free account at animaker.com.
Start a Project: Choose “Create New” > “Video” > Select a blank canvas or a free template.
Scene-by-Scene Guide:
Scene 1: Intro (0:00–0:05)
Visuals: Add a red warning sign (⚠️) from Animaker’s free icons. Type text: “সতর্কবার্তা: প্রতারকের ফাঁদে পড়বেন না।” (Warning: Don’t fall into a scammer’s trap.)
Audio: Record a voiceover with your phone (e.g., “আজকের গল্পে দেখুন কিভাবে সুশীল কুমার প্রতারণার ফাঁদে পড়েছিলেন।”) using the voice recorder app. Upload it in Animaker.
Subtitles: Add the text as a subtitle layer.

Scene 3: Threat (0:15–0:25)
Visuals: Animate Sushil’s face to look worried (use expression options). Add a free police badge image (from Pixabay, uploaded to Animaker) as a background. Speech bubble: “আপনার একাউন্টে ১৪ কোটি টাকার লেনদেন হয়েছে। ১০ লাখ টাকা RTGS করুন, নইলে আইনি ব্যবস্থা হবে।”

Visuals: Fade to a plain background. Add bold text: ‘অজানা ফোন কলে ভরসা করবেন না। তথ্য যাচাই করুন। প্রতারিত হলে দ্রুত পুলিশের কাছে জানান।’
Audio: Let music fade out.
Subtitles: Same as text.

4. Add Audio and Music
Voiceover: Record all lines (Sushil, fraudster, officer, narration) using your phone’s voice recorder. Save as MP3 and upload to Animaker.
Music: Download free tracks from YouTube Audio Library (e.g., “Suspenseful Ambient” for tension, “Soft Hope” for the end). Import into Animaker.
5. Edit and Export
