Sometimes you’ll just get hit with emotions, there’s no rhyme or reason to it, it doesn’t make you bad or anything, but it’s normal to think that way when it happens, I suggest taking time for yourself and to let yourself feel this way, but don’t beat yourself up for feeling it, it’ll keep happening but you need to let it happen sometimes because letting it build up will harm you in the long run
