Identity V

Ace shot another laser towards the boss. The boss’s direction was not on Jack anymore. Perfect. Right now, Jack needs to escape the area and to Lucas.

Lilith threw about 5 cards in the air that disappeared and created a strong barrier. She was out of air. “We’re resting here for a bit.” She said as she put him down. “Do you remember any of us?” She asked.

Aria looked at the barrier Lilith created.

‘C’mon..when will the potion wear off?!’ Lilith thought to herself. Lilith was getting tired they ran a good distance away already.

Aria was standing there if the line of defenses broke.

Ace shot a laser in the boss’s direction. He needed to get his attention away from Jack for now. Jack was still needed alive after all.

“Don’t worry! He’ll be here soon alright?” Lilith said as she ran quicker. She threw another card to create a sort of barrier behind her. She threw a couple of the barrier cards. They should be safe for a while. She still ran just to make sure.

Aria was waiting at her spot ready to fight.

Ace made it to the forest, where Jack was. He looked at the scene in front of him.

Lilith picked up Lucas’ “We’re saving your brother! You need to hide though!” She said while quickly running somewhere. Lilith took a card out she threw it in the air. They were now invisible for a limited amount of time.

Aria and Ace quickly ran out. They split up to have more defenses.

Aria was nearest Lilith as the first defense before they get to her and Lucas.

Ace was heading towards the forest.

I thought the boss sent people along as bodyguards? ))

Aria and Ace quickly ran out. They split up to eliminate more of the minions.

Aria was nearest Lilith as the first defense before they get to her and Lucas.

Ace was heading towards the forest. It seemed like more of them were there.

“I will! I can hide him.” Lilith said immediately. “I can’t say he’ll trust me but I’ll try.” She said considering that she did scare Lucas’ earlier.

Aria was ready to fight.

Ace was ready, his mask could prevent any hits to the face once. He can hold them off for while.

“We have to act now! If we don’t Lucas and possibly everyone here will be killed or taken!” Lilith quickly said. She quickly got up.

Aria also got up she quickly got her ribbons out.

Ace looked at them and got up, seemed like something was going to happen unless they stop it somehow.

Aria passed Lilith a note if they should just wing it, or make a plan.

Lilith was thinking. She passed the note back saying it would be risky but it could work.

Ace looked at them. They were gonna take action somehow. They weren’t gonna just sit there, he knew that.

Is Lucas still a toddler? Just making sure ))

Lilith looked at Aria. She was waiting for her to answer if she made a plan yet.

Aria shook her head and Lilith. It would be difficult to plan something like this, would it be better to just wing it?

Ace was silent. It seemed like they had to deal with them, it seemed like the person or group wouldn’t give up anytime soon.

Seems like Lilith didn’t need to do anymore investigating. Seems like he was gonna spill the beans anyways.

Aria was thinking of a plan of some sorts. Though she wasn’t sure if they could do much.

Ace decided to not say anything, he decided to listen instead. Seems like something important was going on.

Lilith’s theory seemed to be proven correct. It was almost obvious it was blackmail. Though, who was he being blackmailed from? That was the last question.

Aria looked at Lilith.

Lilith nodded.

Ace was also catching on. It seemed like Jack was getting blackmailed.

Lilith had a vague idea of what happened. ‘What if a deal was made and Jack rejected it, though it could also be blackmail.’ She thought to herself. She then stared at Jack.

Aria was thinking of a plan of some sort.

Ace was thinking about something.

Lilith looked at him. So, something happened between him and his boss. The injury wasn’t just a kick, at least that’s what it seemed like. Though what caused his boss to do that? That was the next question. She observed him for any clues.

Aria was quiet. She felt like something was wrong.

Ace was silent. He didn’t say anything.

Forgot to say he put his mask back on hh ))

“Yeah sure, heavy breathing, and bleeding everywhere says you’re fine.” Aria said. “So, are you gonna say what happened?” She asked sternly.

Ace sat down somewhere where he was a decent distance away from everyone. He was silent.

Lilith was still trying to figure out what happened. So, there was fight or something along those lines, but why? That’s what she needed to find out.

It seemed like there weren’t any bandages. She took a pair of scissors and cut the ribbons on her back, it wasn’t much but it could stop the bleeding. She then wrapped the bandages around his head. It seemed like a head injury. “It’ll stop the bleeding, you’ll probably need medical attention.” She said.

Lilith tried to figure out what happened. There were injuries so there was a fight of some sort. Considering the injury, the person seemed strong.

Ace was quiet. He decided to go back. He walked for bit until he made it back to the lounge. He opened the door and went in quietly. The faint scent of cigarettes on him.

Lilith looked over. She seemed concerned, something definitely happened.

Aria looked over, she was concerned. “Do any of you have bandages?” She asked.

Ace still hadn’t come back yet. He was trying to sort himself so he can come back like nothing happened.
