I HEARD A VOICE IN MY HEAD YESTERDAY NIGHT!!!!!!

It scared me So bad I had to keep a light on in my room
This happened because if I don't take my medicine in a long time I will hear voices in my head
OH LORD I JUST HEARD ON RIGHT NOW!!!!
